Preston City Congregational Church's 6th Annual Scarecrow Festival was our biggest festival yet with over 2,000 people in attendance!! We would like to thank all of our dedicated volunteers, crafters & vendors, sponsors, and visitors! Without all of you, our festival wouldn't be possible!!
